ReplyDeleteThe U.A.E. is not a signatory to the Hague Service Convention and there are no treaties currently in force between the U.S. and UAE.
Service is done by a private process server who is an off-duty law enforcement official. The service normally takes approximately 2 weeks after we receive it. The documents must be notarized and that takes another week. So, the entire process takes less than a month unless there are unusual circumstances.
All we will need is 3 copies of the documents to be served (no originals), a brief letter of instructions, and payment.
Translation is no required unless you prefer to do that. We can translate the documents at $.38 per word (proper nouns are not translated).
